Sherrie is a top-ranked real estate professional who has been serving the Sausalito area for over 20 years. She co-founded First California Realty in 2003, and since then, she has sold over $500 million of residential real estate (according to BAREIS MLS). Her career began in 1999 under the tutelage of a local real estate leader, and has since surpassed this mentor’s sales volume.

Much of her work comes through referrals due to her expansive network that she has cultivated throughout the years. Sherrie values staying active in her community, and has served as past President of Sausalito Yacht Club Auxiliary, has been on the board of directors at Sausalito Chamber Of Commerce an active advocate for Sausalito City Schools, Beautification Award Winner (1st Place) for office, Founding member of the Jr. Sailing Program/Auxiliary Sausalito Yacht Club and current Chair of Sausalito Woman’s Club Garden Committee.

Born the youngest of five in Cheverly, Maryland, Sherrie grew up in a very close family with most of her relatives still in the DC/Maryland/VA area. Sherrie attended Maryland University School of Music before she followed a sibling to San Francisco in the early 80’s. Sherrie and her husband Dane, continue to live, work and play in Sausalito with their two tuxedo kitties, Sam and Tippy.  When Sherrie’s not selling real estate you’ll likely find her on their yacht, Black Swan; digging in her garden; hiking or playing her piano… As a 30+ year resident of Sausalito, Sherrie thoroughly enjoys everything that Marin County has to offer.
